But what truly sets them apart are the memorable characters that make you root for their antics. The comedy series “Our Flag Means Death” has been added to the list of shows that didn’t last long enough. Based in the Pirate Era, the show follows the misadventures of Stede Bonnet, a Gentleman Pirate who decides to live the life of a pirate as captain of the Revenge.
