Disney Dreamlight Valley Players Are Missing Storybook Vale Rewards

As a seasoned player of Disney Dreamlight Valley, I must admit that the excitement for the Storybook Vale Expansion pass was palpable among fans, especially those who opted for the Magical Edition. The promise of exclusive rewards like Moonstones and a Baby Pegasus Companion made the extra cost feel worth it.

Many enthusiasts of Disney Dreamlight Valley are diving into the thrilling new Storybook Vale Part 1 Expansion pass today, but some who pre-ordered the special Magical Edition discovered that their exclusive rewards were missing upon logging in.

The Enchanted Version of “Storybook Vale” is priced $20 higher than the standard DLC and can be found on all platforms where “Dreamlight Valley” is accessible. This premium edition was a significant part of the pre-order campaign for the game, but players still have the opportunity to secure it, as it’s currently being offered for a limited time since “Storybook Vale” has been launched.

In exchange for a higher price, the Magical Edition was intended to offer special benefits for gamers, such as 10,000 Moonstones – an in-game currency used by Disney Dreamlight Valley players to purchase unique cosmetic items for themselves and the residents of the Valley. On the other hand, pre-ordering the standard version of The Storybook Vale Expansion pass only grants a bonus of 5,000 Moonstones – a benefit that appears to be the only extra players are receiving, regardless of which edition they chose.

Alongside these prized Moonstones, the Magical Edition also offered some in-game bonuses such as: a baby Pegasus friend, a house for this companion, an exclusive outfit set for Vale, and an Autumn Manor House design. Unfortunately, players who logged in at launch to claim their own Pegasus friend soon discovered that he was not initially available.

Players who purchased the “Storybook Vale Magical Edition” are reporting that extra Moonstones and certain or all of the reward items appear to be absent from their games. For many enthusiasts, a significant part of the enjoyment in Disney Dreamlight Valley lies in personalizing their Disney paradise by decorating it and wearing unique costumes. Consequently, it’s disappointing for these players to find that they’re not receiving the cozy home and costume combination they had eagerly anticipated when they first entered the Vale.

It has come to our attention that certain gamers buying the Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Storybook Vale – Magical Edition are encountering a problem with their Moonstone and special bundle item delivery being delayed.

Fortunately, the creators of Disney Dreamlight Valley have acknowledged the absence of promised rewards. They’re currently looking into the problem and aiming to fix it. This involves ensuring that those who chose the specific edition of the Expansion Pass receive their reward packages.

Although it’s frustrating to find missing items upon logging in, players can take comfort in knowing that Gameloft intends to deliver those preorder rewards as soon as possible. At this point, there’s no information available regarding when the bundle issue will be fixed or when players will get a chance to encounter Pegasus and discover what baby horses with wings enjoy eating.

It’s fortunate that the Storybook Vale offers much to discover while we await the arrival of our rewards. As of now, you won’t find any Pegasus, but there are two other creatures waiting to be nourished and bonded with – from the wise owls in The Bind to the shy baby dragons in The Wild Woods. For those seeking a more engaging pastime, there are friendships to forge with Merida and Flynn Rider, along with a fresh literary adventure featuring Belle and The Beast.
