The exact release date is now known for the second group of episodes in ITV’s DNA Journey season 5. Actors such as Fay Ripley and Sam Thompson are expected to be involved.
The new season will officially begin airing on ITV1 and ITVX from Thursday 12th June at 9pm.
In the initial episode, you’ll see Fay Ripley and Hermione Norris taking center stage. Subsequent episodes, however, will shift their focus to duos such as Jo Brand and Julian Clary, as well as Sam Thompson and Marvin Humes.
In October, Season 5 initially began broadcasting, featuring an episode where John Simm learned that the person he believed to be his father was actually not biologically related to him.
In that particular installment, Simm worked alongside Philip Glenister, whereas other episodes from the initial release of season 5 featured Ricky Tomlinson and Sue Johnston, in addition to Sarah Parish and James Nesbitt.
