Following its record-breaking January box office run, the new DreamWorks animation sensation, “Dog Man“, inspired by Dav Pilkey’s cherished books, is now up for grabs! You can buy or rent it from digital on-demand services such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and Fandango at Home. The film will also be available on Blu-ray and DVD starting April 1st (pre-order your copy in advance here).
To celebrate the home release of Dog Man, ComicBook has teamed up with Universal Home Entertainment to unveil an exclusive deleted scene from the movie’s digital and Blu-ray versions. This particular scene, accessible in the video at the top of the page, is named “Petey Puppet Time.” In this scene, Petey attempts to convey a message against Dog Man to Li’l Petey, but things don’t go as smoothly as he had hoped.
Among the eight extra scenes on the ‘Dog Man’ DVD is one titled ‘Petey Puppet Time’. This scene, along with the other seven, has an introduction by writer and director Peter Hastings. Alongside these scenes, special features also include educational videos about drawing your preferred ‘Dog Man’ characters, instructions, and a complete commentary throughout the entire feature.
