She claimed that a man who appeared to be overweight threatened her, saying that if she didn’t pass the test, he would push her into the East River.

She said the test took five days to prove her innocence.

Previously employed by Bad Boy, Clark claimed that after Combs discovered Ventura was dating Mescudi, he unexpectedly showed up at Clark’s apartment in the early hours of December 22, 2011, brandishing a firearm and said, “Pack your things, we’re going to harm Mescudi.

Clark stated, “I’ve never come across something similar before, but the way he was behaving made me feel as if something unexpected might occur.

Clark said she returned to the fold as creative director for Ventura from 2016 until 2018.

Clark stated on the 27th of May that she recommended Ventura switch to another phone – one not covered by Combs – for communicating with Kid Cudi, during their brief relationship in 2011.

Mescudi recounted, “I asked him, ‘What’s the plan for my vehicle?’ while we were holding hands. He responded, ‘I don’t understand what you’re referring to.’ After a pause, he asked, ‘Are we good?’ I replied, ‘Well, you torched my car.’

Mescudi shared insight into two incidents, which he blames Combs for, during his testimony. 

As a devoted follower, I’d like to share that the artist behind “Pursuit of Happiness” claimed he received a call from Combs, following reports suggesting that his friends of Combs had forcefully entered my home in December 2011. This alleged incident occurred after rumors about my relationship with Ventura surfaced, as she was intermittently dating Combs between 2007 and 2018.

As a diehard fan, I exclaimed, “Yo, what’s the scoop?” Mescudi addressed the court. In response, I retorted passionately, “Hey now, is that you invading my sanctum?!” To which he replied calmly, “Indeed, I’ve been here biding my time for your arrival.

While he said he wanted to “fight” Combs, he decided not to since he wasn’t sure who was with him. 

In the chilly month of February, an unfortunate incident occurred as I found my vehicle ablaze, caused by what appeared to be a Molotov cocktail strategically placed in the driver’s seat. Fortunately, I was only about 45 minutes from home when this happened.

Back in the not-so-distant year of 2023, I found myself embroiled in a legal battle with none other than Diddy, following a civil lawsuit I’d filed. The crux of the matter? An alleged threat he made towards Kid Cudi due to our blossoming relationship. According to my claims, after discovering our bond, Diddy ominously hinted at blowing up Cudi’s car – and true enough, his vehicle mysteriously exploded in its very own driveway around that time.

James further claimed that Combs was found with “Percocet and MDMA” (which stands for Ecstasy) in his possession, an assertion backed by his former assistant’s eyewitness account of Combs consuming these substances.

The prosecution provided a peek inside the rapper’s room at New York’s Park Hyatt hotel, where he was taken into custody on September 16th.

The images captured by Homeland Security’s Special Agent Yasin Binda, who provided testimony on the findings, showed various items. These included Ziploc bags containing baby oil and Astroglide lubricant, five bottles of baby oil in a bathtub, two additional bottles of lubricant stored in a drawer, two packets of a powdery substance, and $9,000 in cash.

As per Binda’s report, the substances discovered within the prescription container were identified as both ketamine and a combination of ketamine and MDMA when subjected to tests.

In the course of the conversation, it was mentioned that she had employed a lawyer, yet chose not to initiate a lawsuit. Furthermore, as part of receiving a payment of $30,000, she consented to the terms of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

In my testimony, I shared that it’s been silence between us since then. The last conversation I had was with Sean on the unfortunate night of the incident, and the last time I laid eyes on Cassie was when we both put our signatures on the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

She claimed that her former partner secretly recorded their intimate acts with the intention of using them for blackmail. She stated that he threatened to disclose these recordings, potentially damaging her professional standing.

Ventura stated, “He often brought up those issues when he was frustrated. It happened quite frequently. I felt threatened about both my job and my family. It was all just mortifying; it was terrible and vile. Such actions are unacceptable and shouldn’t be inflicted upon anyone.

In November of that year, I bravely decided to take legal action against my former partner, Combs, alleging that he subjected me to sexual assault and physical abuse throughout our relationship. Fast forward to May 14, this courageous step led to a $20 million settlement being reached in our case.

Testifying about events from 2018, Ventura stated that following a dinner outing at a Malibu restaurant with Combs, who was reportedly “very kind” towards her, he subsequently went to her apartment and allegedly committed sexual assault. She disclosed that she was already in a relationship with Alex Fine at the time, whom she later married in 2019.

In the courtroom, I shared that on that fateful day, he barged in and violently assaulted me on the living room carpet. All I can recall is sobbing and desperately pleading for him to stop, but it happened so swiftly. His eyes seemed cold, devoid of any familiar warmth, as if a stranger had invaded my body and soul.

As a die-hard admirer, I’ve got to set the record straight about this matter. I firmly believe that Combs never crossed the line into non-consensual acts, as his legal team has consistently asserted. Those who have leveled accusations of sexual misconduct against him, in my view, willingly participated in any sexual activity they were involved in.

On another instance following the alleged attack, Ventura admitted to having consensual relations with Combs. When questioned about her decision to engage in intimacy again, she explained, “Shutting down feelings isn’t that simple. I retained a positive image of him as an individual.

Toward the end of 2011, Ventura separated from Mescudi, as she stated in court, due to Combs’ alleged threat that “Scott’s car would be destroyed by explosion.

She continued, “It was really painful for a long time. I can’t believe I actually dealt with that.”

In one of the text conversations between Ventura and Combs presented in court, Ventura mentioned having ulcers on her tongue. His response was, “I apologize.

On the second day of his testimony, Ventura described the 2016 hotel incident that was captured on CCTV and broadcast by CNN in May 2024.

In my account, I was the one who testified that Combs hurled a vase towards me following an attempt on my part to depart from the Intercontinental Hotel prematurely. Subsequently, he physically attacked me.
