In the latest release of “DOOM The Dark Ages,” players are eagerly trying to uncover numerous secrets and additional tasks. Among these hidden gems is the Cultist Circles, which are scattered throughout the game as part of the Countercult challenge. This guide will walk you through locating all three Cultist Circles in the fifth chapter of the game.

Chapter 5 – Cultist Circle #1

On this level, these cultist circles, while not entirely secretive, can be easily found if you thoroughly explore and clear everything on the map before completing the main goals. To successfully accomplish the challenge, your first step should be to proceed immediately to the initial demonic transport situated in the heart of the city at the start of the level.

Instead of heading straight to the demonic vehicle, fly lower and you’ll discover two towers guarded by colossal demons at their summits. Slay these creatures and uncover the secret landing spot designated for your layover, which you can claim as an extra reward for successfully completing a different task.

Upon touching down at the layover location, you’ll notice the initial gathering of individuals, who appear to be following a specific group, situated near the outskirts of the building structure. You might have already seen them as you descended. Eliminate them swiftly and then proceed to the next destination!

Chapter 5 – Cultist Circle #2

Afterward, return to the initial location of the level as a guide. Moving from there, proceed towards the “Hell Carrier” which is located to your right. You’ll be able to tackle it at this point, followed by landing on the spot marked in green that you were previously briefed about.

Descend into the urban sections of the city, continuing until you come across the marked area on the map image below. It’s there where you’ll discover an entrance to an underground location. This is essentially a direct route that leads to another cultist gathering spot.

Just descend two levels, and you’ll find yourself in a hidden spot where cultists are gathered. Take them out swiftly before moving forward to the final one!

Chapter 5 – Cultist Circle #3

At last, return to the beginning of the level and move towards the “demonic transport” on your “left” side this time. Advance into the city from that area until you get to the spot shown in the map image below. Afterward, simply follow the continuous route ahead.

To disrupt the chain, aim your shield at it and hurl it. After that, move a charged box too. With the box you moved, you can ascend to a raised platform and traverse a wooden walkway, which will guide you directly to yet another hidden location.

Within, you’ll encounter the final group of cult members you must eliminate to complete the task at hand for this level. Eliminate each one and you’ve successfully accomplished this challenge within this specific stage.

After completing the three cultist circles, you can move on to accomplish the primary tasks of this stage. More than likely, you’ve already finished the optional side challenges as well because the ones not essential for this level are usually encountered en route to the helicopter carrier for the third circle.
