The eagerly awaited game from id Software, titled DOOM: The Dark Ages, has officially set a launch date in May. This title will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC platforms. For those who can’t wait any longer, it’s confirmed that pre-orders grant access to the game two days earlier.
Additionally, they’ll receive the Void Slayer Skin that covers their armor in a shimmering dark tone. Compared to the Standard Edition priced at $69.99, there’s also an upgraded Premium Edition available for $99.99. This edition offers the same benefits along with extras like a soundtrack, art book, and the Divinity Slayer Pack. This pack contains skins for the Slayer, Dragon, and Atlan mech.
Players are set to obtain the future DLC of the campaign, but its unveiling and launch are yet to be disclosed. For those with Game Pass, upgrading to the Premium Edition costs $34.99, offering the same perks.
If you’re into physical collectibles, there’s an offer called the Collector’s Package priced at $199.99 (which can be paid in four installments without interest). This package includes:
– A Premium Edition item
– A SteelBook Case for storage
– A 12-inch figure of the DOOM Slayer, complete with shotgun and flail accessories
– A replica metal red key card
