What Cell Thinks of Gohan Beast
When Cell encounters Gohan in his Beast form for the first time, he exclaims, “What is this extraordinary power?! Were Saiyans always capable of such incredible might?” Then, Gohan Beast, with a mocking tone, retorts, “Well, I never thought I’d have another chance to trounce you again.” This dialogue effectively conveys the intense anger that Gohan exhibits when using this new form. It is evident that Cell is not prepared for this confrontation. Back then, Gohan was stronger than Cell at Super Saiyan 2, and now the difference in power is even greater.
Due to extra content in the Dragon Ball Super manga acting as an epilogue following the events of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, fans have gained further insights into Gohan’s Beast form. According to Gohan, this form represents his rage just before he loses self-control. During their sparring sessions at full power, Goku and Vegeta identified the Beast form as being comparable to Goku’s Ultra Instinct and even Broly’s Berserk power.
Is Dragon Ball Super Coming Back?
It’s uncertain at this point if “Dragon Ball Super” anime will return, but insiders hint that a fresh “Dragon Ball Super” movie might be in development. In the meantime, fans of “Dragon Ball Super” can look forward to a return of the manga from its hiatus next month, as it’s set to publish a new chapter. The manga temporarily stopped due to the passing of original creator Akira Toriyama last year, but will resume publication soon.
The manga adaptation of “Dragon Ball Super” is coming back next month on February 20th in Japan, featuring a fresh one-shot tale. This untold story appears to revolve around Trunks and Goten, who are once again embarking on their heroic journeys, as portrayed in the manga. The “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero” arc provided additional heroic moments for Trunks and Goten that weren’t present in the original film, and this new story may elaborate on this concept by offering a new adventure.
