Dragon Ball Cosplay Unites Heroes' Zamasu And Goku Black

As a seasoned Dragon Ball enthusiast with over two decades of following this magnificent universe, I can’t help but feel a tinge of melancholy as Dragon Ball Heroes comes to an end. The game has been a thrilling ride, introducing us to new characters, revisiting old favorites, and pushing the boundaries of what we thought was possible in the Dragon Ball realm.

The long-running arcade game titled “Dragon Ball Heroes” has concluded. This popular manga and arcade game introduced both established and fresh characters in battles against the Time Patrol and Z-Fighters. In addition, it introduced new villains from the Demon Realm while also giving older villains a significant power boost to keep up with their adversaries. For instance, Zamasu and Goku Black, who reappeared in the anime due to multiverse manipulations instigated by the evil Hearts, were no exceptions. Even though “Heroes” has ended, it continues to inspire cosplayers to pay tribute to the series.

For those not familiar with the storyline involving Goku Black and Zamasu from the series “Heroes”, the villain Hearts resurrected Zamasu to aid him in his fight against the gods. As for Goku Black, this updated version of the anime antagonist aimed to eradicate one hundred versions of Goku scattered across various universes, with the goal of becoming the supreme form of Goku himself. In his journeys, Goku Black achieved a new transformation called Super Saiyan 3 Rose, which gave the Z-Fighters and Time Patrol quite a challenge.

Goku Black & Zamasu’s Heroes’ Journey

In the primary “Dragon Ball Super” series, the fusion of Zamasu and Goku Black posed a catastrophic threat to the universe, but was eventually vanquished due to Xeno’s intervention. Since the Goku Black Arc concluded, neither villain has resurfaced within the main Dragon Ball Super plotline. Additionally, both Future Trunks and Mai have yet to reappear, as they continue to travel into the future, though their destination timeline appears to be vastly distinct from their original one.

On October 11th, the Z-Fighters will embark on a fresh anime journey titled “Dragon Ball Daima“. Set between Kid Buu’s demise and the start of “Dragon Ball Super“, this storyline suggests that Goku Black and Zamasu may not reappear. Meanwhile, Toyotaro, the manga artist for “Dragon Ball Super“, has hinted at a potential comeback. However, the Z-Fighters could find themselves dealing with the challenge of Black Frieza against potentially revived “mortal killers”.
