There was some talk that electronic music producer Zedd could possibly contribute to the opening theme of the upcoming anime. The lyrics are penned by Yukinojo Mori, while the theme itself is signed by CLIEVY and KEEN of C&K. Speaking about Zedd’s involvement, he expressed his feelings about creating the opening theme for Dragon Ball Daima on the anime’s official website, stating, “I felt incredibly privileged just to be considered for producing music for Dragon Ball. I was a massive fan as a child, and it never crossed my mind that I would have the opportunity to work on something like this. My ambition has always been to write theme songs and compose scores. Creating music for a series that shaped much of my childhood is nothing short of a dream.”
In a little while now, we’ll get to witness the grand spectacle of Dragon Ball Daima, set to debut on October 11th in Japan. However, details regarding its international release or streaming platforms remain undisclosed at this point. Notably, the original creator of Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama, has played a significant role in shaping the main storyline and character designs for Dragon Ball Daima. The series is being directed by Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki, under Toei Animation. Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru is responsible for animating Toriyama’s designs, while Yuuko Kakihara oversees the scriptwriting process
