The much-anticipated game, Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, is almost here, but it seems some can’t wait till Tuesday as leaked footage of the game has surfaced online. Those who pre-ordered the Deluxe version will get early access on Tuesday, while regular version buyers will have to wait longer. However, clips showing various battles and other features from Sparking! Zero are already circulating. The publishers of Sparking! Zero have responded to these leaks by visiting streamer chats and asking them to cease the practice.

It appears that the individual responsible for the leak has used the name “Edgar” online, or more correctly, used Edgar as their username since their Twitch account has essentially been wiped clean by a Spirit Bomb attack. However, the “recent games” section of their profile still indicates that “Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero ” was the only game they were playing recently.

Instead of these spoilers, something else should be displayed – Bandai Namco’s clever reaction to Edgar’s live stream. Previously, Bandai Namco subtly acknowledged the leaks on Twitter with a knowing emoji. Later, those watching the stream discovered that Bandai Namco was active in the chat itself. In a memorable one-liner now famous among the Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero community, Bandai Namco playfully addressed the leaked stream with “Edgar my guy, stop doing this.

However, despite the streams being taken down along with their recordings and message feeds, the message appears authentic. Other users have posted different angles of the one-sided exchange to verify that Bandai Namco did, in fact, drop into Edgar’s chat for a polite request before terminating his stream.

The leaked footage from Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero didn’t reveal much, considering the commotion surrounding them. This is likely because whoever leaked it probably hasn’t progressed far enough in the game yet to show off much.
