As a lifelong Dragon Ball Z fan who’s seen every episode and movie at least three times, I must say that this latest trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO has me absolutely hyped! From the moment Kid Buu appeared on screen, my heart skipped a beat. The Majin Buu Saga was one of my favorites, filled with epic battles, emotional moments, and some truly memorable characters.
At the recent Gamescom event, Bandai Namco provided a glimpse of Super Buu and Ultimate Gohan in their trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO. But the latest character trailer offers a more comprehensive look at the Majin Buu Saga and its characters. Here it is below.
The main characters are Great Saiyaman, who is Gohan’s superhero-like disguise; Babidi, the one who revived Buu; Adult Gohan in his Super Saiyan form; and Ultimate Gohan, a highly potent transformed version. For Buu, expect to play as the malevolent Majin Buu (Kid Buu), plus three types of Super Buu: the standard one, Gotenks-Absorbed, and Gohan-Absorbed.
Nine more characters have been added to the game’s already extensive lineup. Moreover, significant moments from the series are incorporated, such as fights at the World Tournament, the emergence of Vegito, and Goku’s final resolution with his Spirit Bomb.
On October 11th, “Dragon Ball: Ignition! ZERO” is set to debut on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. Take a peek at the characters from the Android Saga right here.
