As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt and a particular fondness for the Dragon Quest series, I must say that the release of the Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake has been a long-awaited delight! It’s not often that we get to revisit our cherished childhood games with such a beautiful facelift.

Back in 2021, I first learned about the Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, and since then, the anticipation has been building like a crescendo. Unfortunately, Square Enix was quiet for much of that time, prolonging the wait even more. But now, the day is finally here! The game is now available to play. The title “Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake” indicates that it revamps the original NES RPG using a modernized HD-2D visual style, leveraging the engine from “Octopath Traveler.” Enhancements include updated graphics, music, and voice acting, along with numerous gameplay improvements, user-friendly upgrades, and additional features.
