Growing up with the original game, I remember the countless hours spent battling monsters and navigating through the vast world of Alefgard. The nostalgia is strong with this one!
In the upcoming weeks, Square Enix’s “Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake” will be available, and they’ve already unveiled its launch trailer. However, be aware that it contains some spoilers, so if you haven’t played the original game or prefer to experience it without prior knowledge, exercise caution when watching it.
In the game titled “Dragon Quest 3: The Seeds of Salvation“, the narrative unfolds with you playing as Erdrick. Since Erdrick’s father, the renowned hero Ortega, was unsuccessful in defeating the archfiend Baramos, it now falls to you to take up the challenge. Along your journey, you can enlist the aid of various Non-Player Characters (NPCs) who assume roles such as Mage, Martial Artist, Thief, and so forth, to help you in your quest.
Beyond its revamped graphics, the Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake comes packed with fresh elements like monster capturing and battling in Monster Arenas, a new job class called Monster Wrangler, strategic options for party members, and much more.
