DreamWorks Animation films have consistently been successful on streaming platforms, regardless of where they debut or how much time has passed since their initial release. As the end of the week and month approaches, the latest movie from the studio known for hits like Shrek and Kung Fu Panda has finally arrived on streaming, providing families with a fresh adventure to enjoy at home.
The movie version of Dav Pilkey’s cherished “Dog Man” book series, which debuted in cinemas back in January, joins the ranks of DreamWorks successful films. Now, five months later, this film can be enjoyed on streaming platforms, and it is available only on Peacock.
Announced last month by DreamWorks and Peacock, May 30th is set as the day for the home streaming premiere of Dog Man. This means viewers will have a chance to watch this new movie without having to buy or rent it. Notably, like other Universal movies, Dog Man will initially only be available on Peacock before it might become accessible on platforms such as Netflix at a later date.
