Drew McIntyre and CM Punk Will Settle Their Differences at WWE Bad Blood

As a die-hard wrestling fan who’s seen my fair share of matches, I can confidently say that the upcoming WWE Bad Blood is shaping up to be one for the ages! The feud between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk has been a rollercoaster ride, filled with unexpected twists and turns. From Cleveland to Berlin, these two have battled it out in various matches, each trying to gain the upper hand.

During the broadcast of WWE’s Monday Night Raw, Drew McIntyre took control of the show to challenge his friend Wade Barrett, who was commentating. McIntyre made threats, but this didn’t sit well with WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce. Pearce, clearly fed up with McIntyre’s behavior, as well as CM Punk, has decided that at WWE Bad Blood in October, they will settle their feud once and for all – in a Hell in a Cell match.

The heated rivalry between them is currently one of WWE’s most popular storylines. As per custom, Punk faced off against McIntyre during the SummerSlam event, and as luck would have it for McIntyre, he emerged victorious in Cleveland. However, at Bash in Berlin, Punk managed to exact his revenge on McIntyre when they fought in a four-corners Strap match.

After settling all matters, it appeared their relationship was at an end until McIntyre caught Punk off guard with a surprise attack on the latest episode of the red brand. This attack left him on a stretcher. Furthermore, McIntyre retrieved the bracelet that Punk aims to reclaim decisively in the future.

WWE Bad Blood

The card for WWE’s Bad Blood is rapidly filling up, with a total of three matches already confirmed for the event. Besides Punk and McIntyre concluding their long-standing feud, Liv Morgan will be defending her Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley, the former champion. Although it won’t be a Hell in a Cell match, Ripley is certain to bring intensity to seek revenge for herself and her partner Damian Priest. As for Priest, he’ll face off against his previous ally Finn Balor, who ambushed Priest at SummerSlam.

The event titled “Bad Blood” is scheduled for October 5th, broadcasted live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. To avoid clashing with an UFC event happening simultaneously, “Bad Blood” will commence at 6 p.m. ET. In the United States, it can be streamed live on Peacock, while viewers worldwide can catch it on the WWE Network.
