Since its full release on June 10th, PC gamers have been immersed in the world of Dune: Awakening. The game has already left players awestruck, but developer Funcom aims to enhance the experience even further by regularly releasing updates. Last week, they announced a series of near-daily patches during launch week to promptly address any issues. Today, on June 12th, Dune: Awakening received a fresh update that primarily addresses stability and bug fixes.
Today, Dune: Awakening encountered some temporary interruptions while Funcom applied the most recent update. At present, the game is operational again. Players who are engaging with the MMO via Steam can download today’s patch instantly to benefit from the latest adjustments and enhancements. If you’re not promptly seeing the update, attempt to restart the Steam application. This update primarily concentrates on modifications aimed at optimizing the game performance rather than introducing significant new content upon returning to Arakkis following installation.
Today’s update for Dune: Awakening focuses on enhancing overall game stability on both client and server sides. Some dialogue lines and quest problems have been fixed as well. Specifically, the option to betray Jocasta Cleo during the “Impact of Ecology” contract has been temporarily removed due to a technical issue with that decision path. Overall, this update is primarily aimed at improving gameplay, even though it may seem straightforward.
