In the recent EastEnders episode, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), found himself under the grip of a treacherous turn, as cunning Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) took drastic steps to have things go her way.

Nicola aims to enlist Phil’s aid in separating from their former partners, Teddy Mitchell (played by Roland Manookian) and Sharon Watts (portrayed by Letitia Dean), each on their own.

Stepping into the bar again, I found myself catching a scene unfolding between Nicola and an enthusiastic Teddy – locked in a kiss. But thankfully, Teddy must have sensed my approach because he swiftly extricated himself from the situation, just as our eyes met.

Later, Nicola returned to see Phil, presenting him with a gift and hinting that he needed Sharon.
