EastEnders airs gun cliffhanger as Cindy’s missing locket is found

For Cindy, there seemed to be no affection or connection anywhere, as she tirelessly sought out the perpetrator of the attack that occurred on Christmas Day.

Having successfully thwarted Cindy’s attempt to bring Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) to Ian’s (Adam Woodyatt)’s house for a search of the missing locket, she decided again to surprise her family at the pub. However, this strategy had failed her once before.

Cindy’s suspicion became evident when she pointed fingers at Ian, assuming he was the thief of the necklace. But since he didn’t immediately confess, she lashed out at him with insults, attempting to humiliate him in front of everyone at the pub.

Ian, evidently tired of her tricks, pushed her out onto the street and then went to find Martin (James Bye), who had overheard the entire incident.

In my own words, I acknowledged that it had grown quite dim when I realized my locket was lost, and hinted that those who I’d treated the worst might unexpectedly be my own children, providing Ian with something to ponder upon.

Meanwhile, Cindy visited Phil (Steve McFadden) again, this time requesting his firearm, as she feared Ian intended harm against her.

Phil dismissed the idea outright, convinced that Ian lacked the capability to pull a trigger on someone.

Upon returning to his home, he discovered that his gun was no longer there. It turned out that Cindy had secretly entered his house and stolen the gun – this was confirmed shortly after by a single gunshot sound.

Under cover of darkness, she sneaked into Ian’s residence without turning on any lights. Upon entering the living area, she unexpectedly found someone there, waving a locket back and forth in front of her.

“You!” Cindy exclaimed while raising her gun at the mystery person.

Who is holding the locket? And will Cindy shoot them?
