In the world of EastEnders, a major plot twist unfolds concerning Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), following his significant choice regarding his daughter Penny (Kitty Castledine). Simply put, trouble is brewing for Jack.

In the ongoing soap opera on BBC, Jack found himself deeply affectionate towards Denise Fox (played by Diane Parish), while Penny faced inquisition from her concerned cousin Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) after making a menacing remark about her father, following the incident.

Penny claimed she had no intention of acting foolishly, but instead chose to provoke Denise at the salon. However, when Penny voiced suspicions about Jack following his infidelity with Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), D immediately recognized Penny’s ploy to harm Jack.

Afterward, Denise went to find Jack at The Queen Vic, and he was there in the pub before Stacey even reached him. It turned out that Jack had run into Denise again, and they greeted each other as friends with a platonic hug. However, Denise couldn’t help but notice how comfortable Jack seemed with Stacey during their exchange, which made her feel uneasy.

By herself with Jack, Denise inquired about the entirety of his affair, but he became guarded, bringing up all the things he’d done for her instead. When she persisted, Jack countered by mentioning Denise’s own infidelity from the previous year within their marriage.

Recognizing that Jack’s arrogance hid far greater transgressions than hers, Denise made up her mind definitively against him and chose to terminate their marriage by submitting an application for divorce.

In the process, Penny asked Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) for assistance, pressuring him to reveal Jack’s hidden truths. Penny aimed to ruin what Jack cherished most, suggesting to Harry he could escape punishment for his shady activities; however, Harry declined.

Later on, Harry provoked a heated Jack over his perceived failure to safeguard Penny, leading Jack to physically attack Harry. This confrontation was captured by Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) and later, Harry acquired the recording from him. He shared this footage with Penny, proposing they utilize it against Jack.

How will Jack respond to their blackmail plot?
