How to unlock Duchess in Elden Ring Nightreign

To open Duchess, you should finish your initial journey (Expedition) first. This expedition ends with the defeat of Gladius, the Night Beast, in the Tricephalos Expedition.

After completing that task, you will obtain the antique pocketwatch called “Old Pocketwatch”. Return to Roundtable Hold while carrying the pocketwatch and engage the Priestess in conversation.

Select the ‘Show her the old pocketwatch’ dialogue option, and then select ‘Give it to her’.

You’ll then be shown a quick cutscene, after which you’ll be able to play as Duchess!

How to unlock Revenant in Elden Ring Nightreign

To access Revenant, you need to have previously unlocked Duchess. So, go back a bit and unlock her before moving forward to get Revenant.

After completing that task, navigate towards the Small Jar Marketplace located in Roundtable Hold. There, you can acquire the Dirty Picture Frame for a price of 1,500 Murks.

Go over to the eastern room where a spirit resides. Interact with it, then opt for touching the spirit. This will transport you to the tutorial location.

Go back to the location where your initial battle with the Fell Omen took place at the beginning of the game. There, you will encounter the Revenant, although her name in this stage is the Night Idol.

As a fearless gamer, I took on the challenging Night Idol, defeating him with skill and determination. In return, he vowed a chilling revenge, but little did he know that this only fueled my excitement! Now, I’ve unlocked the Revenant as a playable character for future battles, ready to take on any challenge that comes my way!
