In a captivating collaboration, Elden Ring’s Nightreign figure and the band Evanescence have jointly unveiled the characteristics and summoning abilities of the Revenant in their latest trailer. The song “Bring Me To Life” harmoniously complements the character, as it summons spectral adversaries during battle, while also wielding a harp and a healing spell. Interestingly, the Revenant is the final character to be officially introduced and can only be unlocked within Elden Ring Nightreign, slated for release on May 30th.
As a gamer, I can tell you that The Revenant’s primary combat skills revolve around summoning entities, but it also wields a harp to bolster allies and strike foes. However, the specifics of these abilities are yet to be fully understood. But from the trailer, we get a glimpse of some of her summons. One such ability demonstrates The Revenant conjuring radiant golden swords, which I believe could be a Holy attack, and then slamming them forcefully onto an opponent.

As a fervent admirer, I must say she seems capable of conjuring colossal limbs from her very being to wage war. Adding this formidable ability to her other summons, like a massive spectral skeleton, the Revenant can command the battlefield with an overwhelming force of firepower. In my battles against the game’s many bosses, this versatility proves invaluable.
However, the most captivating talent that the Elden Ring Nightreign’s Revenant possesses lies in her power to resuscitate fallen companions, the Wylder and Ironeye. This is her ultimate skill, which makes her one of the most useful classes in the game. With Elden Ring Nightreign’s unpredictable elements and challenging boss encounters, being able to regain strength after defeat is a remarkable ability. While the Revenant may not deal as much damage in combat compared to other classes, its supportive skills make it an exceptional team member.
Elden Ring Nightreign launches tomorrow, May 30th, and will come to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
