Emile Quick Character Guide

Emile Quick Character Guide

As a seasoned Teyvat traveler and long-time Genshin Impact player, I must say that the artifact sets for Emilie, our beloved Dendro Traveler, are a true game-changer! The Golden Troupe set, with its impressive 25% Elemental Skill DMG boost when off-field, paired with the Deepwood Memories (2) or +18% ATK set, is simply divine.

Emilie functions as an out-of-combat dealer specializing in DMG output for Dendro elements. Her Elemental Skill generates a Lumidouce Case that intermittently attacks enemies, with enhanced attack area, damage, and frequency if nearby enemies are burning under specific conditions, also causing additional damage.

Emile Quick Character Guide

Luminous Box: Emits bursts of Puredew towards nearby enemies at regular intervals, causing Dendro damage.

Elemental Burst: Aromatic Explication

Emile Quick Character Guide

As an enthusiast, I take delight in transforming the captivating scents enclosed within my Dendro Case. By harnessing these fragrances, I craft a powerful Level 3 Lumidouce Case, carefully tucking away previous ones to make room for the new.

Level 3 Lumidouce Case Duration: 2.8 seconds
CD: 13.5 seconds
Energy Cost: 50

As long as it’s active, the Level 3 Lumidouce Case won’t attract nearby scents, but instead, it periodically releases scented dew that attacks enemies within range and inflicts Dendro damage. Every 0.3 seconds, one drop of scented dew will descend, and every 0.7 seconds, a single enemy can be targeted. Once the duration ends, a Level 1 Lumidouce Case will be regenerated. If you had a Lumidouce Case stored when using Aromatic Explication, that stored one will be deployed instead, and its duration will be restarted. While Aromatic Explication is activated, the Elemental Skill “Fragrance Extraction” won’t generate a Lumidouce Case.

Ascension 1: Lingering Fragrance

Every two Scents accumulated, the Level 2 Lumidouce Case will use up Scents and emit Cleardew Cologne, dealing Area of Effect Dendro damage equivalent to 600% of Emilie’s ATK to adversaries. This damage is not counted as Elemental Skill damage.

Ascension 4: Rectification

Emilie boosts the damage she inflicts on burning enemies, with her attack level influencing the amount. For every 1,000 points of her attack, she increases the damage by 15%. The maximum bonus damage she can achieve through this method is 36%. To fully activate this passive ability, Emilie needs an attack power of 2400.

Passive Talent: Headspace Capture

When Emilie’s Lumidouce Case is deployed, every team member receives an 85% resistance to Burning Damage.

TLDR / Rotation

As a seasoned gamer with years of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that Emilie is a versatile character who shines when it comes to dealing Dendro damage continuously. However, unlike other characters who rely on specific reactions such as Burning for their primary source of damage, Emilie does not fit into this category. Instead, she thrives when building offensive stats and using her rapid continuous Dendro DMG.

Talent Priorities

Emile Quick Character Guide

Skill > Burst

Even though her Skill and Burst descriptions may seem lengthy, their priorities are actually quite straightforward: Activate her Skill and Burst abilities before switching to other characters, as these are what deal damage for her. Since Emilie functions primarily as an off-field DPS, using Normal Attacks is generally unnecessary.

Emile Quick Character Guide

1) Lumidouce Elegy (ATK: 608 • Crit Rate: 33.1%)

As a gamer, I’ve just leveled up my equipment! Now, whenever my character sets an opponent on fire or deals Dendro damage to already burning foes, the damage intensifies by 18% to 38%. This fiery boost lasts for 8 seconds and can stack up to twice. When I reach two stacks or refresh at 2 stacks, I also gain 12 to 16 Energy points. However, I can only recharge this way once every 12 seconds. The best part? These effects work even when my character is out of the action!

Emile Quick Character Guide

2) Calamity Queller (ATK: 741 • ATK: 16.5%)

Elevate your Elemental Damage by 12% to 24%. Activating an Elemental Ability grants Consummation for 20 seconds, boosting Attack Power by 3.2% to 6.4% every second, with a maximum of 6 stacks. If the character wielding this weapon is off the field, the Consummation’s Attack Power boost is doubled.

Emile Quick Character Guide

3) Staff of Homa (ATK: 608 • Crit DMG: 66.2%)

The HP growth ranges from 20% to 40%. Furthermore, it offers an Attack Bonus that varies between 0.8% and 1.6% of the user’s Maximum Health Points (HP). When the wielder’s HP falls below 50%, this Attack Bonus increases further by an additional 1% to 1.8% of their Max HP.

Emile Quick Character Guide

4) Engulfing Lightning (ATK: 608 • Energy Recharge: 55.1%)

ATK increased by 28~56% of Energy Recharge over the base 100%. You can gain a maximum bonus of 80~120% ATK. Gain 30~50% Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst.

Emile Quick Character Guide

5) Primordial Jade Winged-Spear (ATK: 674 • Crit Rate: 22.1%)

When you successfully land an attack, your attack power boosts by 3.2% to 6.0% for a duration of 6 seconds, with a maximum of 7 stackable instances. However, each instance can only occur once every 0.3 seconds. Additionally, when you have the maximum number of stacks, the damage you deal is amplified by 12% to 24%.

Emile Quick Character Guide

6) Deathmatch (ATK: 454 • Crit Rate: 36.8%)

As a passionate admirer, I’d like to share an exciting aspect about this weapon: When I face two or more adversaries nearby, my Attack power increases by roughly 16% to 32%, and my Defense boosts by the same percentage. However, when I find myself in a one-on-one situation with fewer than two opponents, my Attack power surge is amplified, rising by approximately 24% to 48%. At its maximum rank [R5], this weapon outperforms Engulfing Lightning and performs slightly worse than Staff of Homa when deployed for single-target engagements.

Emile Quick Character Guide

7) Skyward Spine (ATK: 674 • Energy Recharge: 36.8%)

Boosts Critical Rate by between 8-16%, and enhances Normal Attack Speed by 12%. Furthermore, normal and charged attacks on enemies have a 50% likelihood to activate a vacuum blade, dealing damage equal to 40-100% of your attack power in a small area. This effect can only happen once every 2 seconds.

Emile Quick Character Guide

8) Missive Windspear (ATK: 510 • ATK: 41.3%)

After an Elemental Reaction is initiated, your Attack increases by 12-24% and Elemental Mastery boosts by 48-96 within approximately 10 seconds.

Emile Quick Character Guide

9) Kitain Cross Spear (ATK: 565 • Elemental Mastery: 110)

Enhances the damage of your Elemental Skill by 6-12%. Upon striking an opponent, your character will expend 3 Energy but will recover 3 to 5 Energy over a span of 2 seconds for the following 6 seconds. This energy regeneration effect can occur once every 10 seconds. It can be activated even when your character is not on the field.

3) Golden Troupe

As an avid fan, I’m excited about the 2-piece bonus that boosts my Elemental Skill damage by 20%. But here’s where it gets even better! The 4-piece bonus kicks in, increasing that same damage by another 5% when not actively engaged in battle. Plus, there’s an additional 25% increase to my Elemental Skill damage once I rejoin the fray! However, this incredible effect gets cleared after just 2 seconds of being back on the field. What a game-changer!
