Emilie Kiser Files Lawsuit to Keep Son Trigg's Death Details Private

This is because more than 100 requests for public records have been made to both the Chandler, Ariz., city and the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office since Trigg passed away on May 18.

Emily, who has a 2-month-old son named Theodore with her husband Brady Kiser, doesn’t want the specifics of her situation made public because she prefers to avoid having these details revealed to her personally.

In other words, as per the claim, the content creator has no intention of examining the police report, CCTV footage, body camera footage, or autopsy reports related to this particular case.

On May 12th, as per KPNX’s report, Trigg was discovered unconscious by emergency services who had been summoned due to a drowning incident at the Kiser residence in Arizona. Following their attempts at CPR, he was taken to the hospital, where he eventually succumbed after spending six days in critical condition.

Despite Emilie and Brady remaining silent on the subject, officials initially expressed sympathy in a statement for the unfortunate demise of their young son.

On May 29th, Jason Berry, the communications director for Maricopa County, informed NBC News that when they discovered the family was seeking a court order to prevent the disclosure of these records, the Office of the Medical Examiner collaborated with the family to securely seal the record.

Representatives from Chandler City Hall and the Chandler Police Department have stated that they refrain from discussing ongoing court cases.

On May 12, authorities arrived at the Kiser’s home in Arizona after receiving a report of a drowning. Upon arrival, they found Trigg unconscious.
