Emilie Kiser’s Husband Was Watching Newborn When Son Trigg Drowned

More information is emerging about Trigg Kiser’s heartbreaking death.

Approximately a month has passed since influencer Emilie Kiser and her husband Brady Kiser tragically lost their 3-year-old due to an accidental drowning in their swimming pool, recently unsealed search warrant documents have provided greater insight into the series of events leading up to this unfortunate incident.

As reported by USA Today affiliate The Arizona Republic, based on court documents granted by Maricopa County Superior Court judges, Brady stated to the police that he was caring for Theodore, who was just two months old, when Trigg’s accident occurred on May 12th. During this time, Brady lost sight of his older son for a period ranging from three to five minutes before discovering him floating in the family’s swimming pool located in their backyard.

As reported by the source, Brady informed the police that he and the boys were home without Emilie, who was out with friends at the time. According to what Brady shared with the police, Brady occasionally found Trigg playing near the pool, which the records showed was not unusual. Reportedly, Brady told the police that the pool usually had a safety cover on it.

According to records from the police department, as reported by USA Today, Brady was quickly taken aback by his newly-arrived son. Upon seeing Trigg in the pool, he promptly dived in to rescue him, then dialed 911.

Upon their arrival, officers initiated CPR on Trigg, and when firefighters arrived, they took over his medical care. According to the police, Trigg was then transported to Chandler Regional Medical Center, subsequently moved to Phoenix Children’s Hospital in critical condition. Sadly, he passed away six days later at the hospital.

Despite neither Emilie nor Brady making any public statements regarding Trigg’s demise, it’s worth noting that only a few days prior to his passing, Emilie had honored her two sons in a public celebration.

From Emilie’s perspective: The sheer delight I experience as a mother, which I am eternally thankful for, was expressed in her TikTok post accompanied by the clip on May 11, where she simply put, “Forever grateful that I get to be a momma.
