Emmerdale airs furious accusation over Nate Robinson murder in ITVX episode

Alert: The events of today’s Emmerdale episode (June 6th) have potential plot reveals. You can watch it now on ITVX.

In the gripping episode of Emmerdale on June 6, 2025, there’s a heated controversy swirling around Nate Robinson’s (Jurell Carter) murder.

When the cops shared the news that the corpse found in the lake was Nate’s, Tracy revealed to them about Cain assaulting Nate on their last encounter before he vanished.

Since Cain didn’t bring up this matter on his own, he was summoned for interrogation and it turned out that he was strongly suspected of being involved in the death of his son.

Cain provided his phone records as proof that he made a call to Nate a couple of weeks back, and there was indeed an answer when he dialed.

As a dedicated cinephile, I couldn’t shake off the chilling images of the brutal assault Cain inflicted on Nate, right before my very eyes. Consequently, I found myself increasingly convinced that Cain was indeed responsible for the crime.

Unbeknownst to her, it was actually John Sugden (played by Oliver Farnworth) who was at the receiving end of that phone conversation. Moreover, before Nate experienced a severe reaction, John had administered an injection meant to heal his wounds. Unfortunately, Nate succumbed to its effects and passed away.

In the ongoing storyline on ITV, Cain is struggling to accept that Nate won’t return, while suddenly, Detective Constable Cole brings a startling new twist to the investigation.

What have the police found out?

To discover what happens next, you can catch it on ITVX at 7:30 pm or on regular ITV, but be prepared for escalating tension as Tracy steps in, leading to a significant allegation being hurled.

How will everyone react?

In the coming week, it’s Cain’s turn to express his doubts about Tracy, but what makes her the newest person under suspicion all of a sudden?

Given that the real offender, John, is evidently in plain sight, for how much longer do you suppose it will take before he is unmasked?
