Emmerdale spoilers as Billy Fletcher is arrested for attacking Joe Tate – is he guilty?

Certainly, it can be rephrased as follows: Before the occurrence, Billy was undeniably quite furious with Joe, as he found out that the man was involved in an affair with his wife Dawn (Olivia Bromley), a fact Billy had been unaware of all along.

Given that Joe had posed a threat to Clemmie Reed, Mabel Addison – the former couple’s adoptive daughter – it was more than justifiable for Billy to focus his attention on him.
