5 Coronation Street spoilers next week
1. Julie Carp passes away from cancer

Terminally ill Julie records a video on her phone talking about the importance of love.
As a cinephile, I find myself deeply engrossed in George Shuttleworth’s (Tony Maudsley) heartfelt attempts to impress his beloved, Eileen. However, his romantic evening scheme is met with a stern reminder from Eileen, who gently chides him for forgetting their planned day out at the Lakes, which he was supposed to share with her and Julie.

Instead of walking, the sisters decide to hail a taxi, and while enjoying the scenery, Julie exclaims that there’s no place she’d prefer to be more than here.
In simpler terms, Julie requests that Eileen fetches some drinks or snacks, and upon her return, Eileen discovers Julie lying flat on her back with her eyes shut.
In a state of worry, Eileen frantically searches for signs of life from Julie, meanwhile, at home, George stumbles upon a video where Julie suggests that Eileen should break up with him.

Unfortunately, this is the last appearance of Julie on our show, and throughout the week, a sorrowful Eileen reflects on Julie’s passing.
But George annoys Eileen by fixating on Julie’s message about their relationship.
With Eileen due to exit in the coming weeks, will she dump George?
Individuals moved by Julie’s tale may seek assistance through Sarcoma UK, or they can reach out to them directly using the toll-free number: 0808 801 0401.
2. Todd Grimshaw is targeted and Mick Michaelis attacks Theo Silverton

Todd informs Eileen and Julie that Danielle Silverton (Natalie Anderson) contacted him because Theo is nowhere to be found.
Under the influence of alcohol, Theo unsteadily walks along the street, and Mick confronts him, pushing Theo roughly against a wall.
Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brockleank) stands aghast as Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan) forcefully escorts Mick away, making it clear that he’s not welcome anymore.

Theo confides his worries to a worried Billy, as Mick is taken away by the police for interrogation regarding an alleged assault. (96 characters)
It’s uncertain if this situation involves Mick’s altercation with Theo or something else entirely, but Kit Green (played by Jacob Roberts) appears anxious about interviewing an amused Mick.

In the scenario, Kit doesn’t delve deeply into questioning Mick and lets him go, later finding himself confronted by Mick outside. Mick hints at needing a conversation, which leaves us pondering what secrets or information Mick might possess about Kit.
In the afternoon, Mick plays a trick on teenager Liam Connor (portrayed by Charlie Wrenshall), coating him with cement at the construction site. Amidst the situation, Liam is compelled to chuckle reluctantly.

However, though Theo was spared from Mick, Todd is currently bearing the consequences of his romantic involvement with a married Theo. This situation has led to Millie, Theo’s daughter, visiting the funeral home to seek explanations from her father about this affair.
Uneasy Todd later hears the car alarm on the hearse and finds it covered in paint.
Todd was taken aback to find out that Millie had damaged the hearse, yet when he criticized her for tearing his family apart, Theo stepped in to support Millie instead.
Is Todd fighting a losing battle?
3. Dee-Dee Bailey bonds with baby Laila – will she go back on her plan?

Dee-Dee confesses to Eileen her worry about growing overly attached to their nephew Laila, who will soon be adopted by Dee-Dee’s brother, Jason Callender.
1) Eileen encourages Dee-Dee to listen to her feelings, while Ronnie notices Dee-Dee showing affection for Laila, which brings him joy.
Dee-Dee shares with Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) that she’s been growing closer to Laila. In response, Alya advises Dee-Dee to reconsider the adoption process and firmly believes that James will eventually forgive her.
Later on, Dee-Dee informs her other sibling, Michael (Ryan Russell), that she’s feeling significantly improved and will be going back to work.
As a moviegoer putting myself in Dee-Dee’s shoes, when I chanced upon Roy Cropper in the café, illuminated by candlelight for Hayley’s birthday, my heart swelled with feelings that threatened to spill over.
In the past few weeks, Dee-Dee has had an urgent hysterectomy as a result of racial neglect in her healthcare during and post-labor. This oversight was made by the hospital staff.
Will Dee-Dee decide she wants to be a mum to Laila after all?

4. Lauren Bolton suspects Bobby Crawford of blackmail

Lauren informs Bobby that no further menacing messages about her secretly damaging Tracy Barlow’s (Kate Ford) flower truck have come in, but she’s concerned the person holding the information might be waiting for the right moment to act again.
Later on, Bobby proposes assisting Lauren in viewing apartments, yet she declines. Overwhelmed by the high rental costs in her area, Lauren realizes she urgently requires employment.
As a passionate cinephile, I, Aadi Alahan, express my willingness to intercede on behalf of my friend at Freshco. Yet, when Lauren receives another threatening text from the blackmailer, requesting £200 or else they’d involve the police, she finds herself in a state of profound despair.
Lauren demonstrates the message to Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin), expressing her suspicion that it’s Bobby who might be involved, in an attempt to build a connection with her.
Lauren plans to call Bobby’s bluff and plants some fake cash.
As Lauren and Betsy wait, will Bobby be revealed as the blackmailer or has Lauren got it all wrong?
5. Jenny Connor loses control of The Rovers as Glenda Shuttleworth schemes

Rita Tanner, played by Barbara Knox, urges Jenny not to dwell on sadness about the past, but instead, focus on the future while she’s well and healthy.
However, as the week comes to an end, events take a disappointing turn when Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) hesitantly tells Jenny that her position as his superior is over, and he now reports to Carla Connor (Alison King).
Glenda Shuttleworth, played by Jodie Prenger, guides potential purchasers through The Rovers, yet subtly tries to discourage them while Ryan keeps a wary eye nearby.
Will Carla successfully sell the pub?
