Empowering Moment: Jules Supports Jazz’s Coming Out on Made in Chelsea

In the latest episode of Made in Chelsea, Jasmine Saunders confidently shared a significant milestone with her friends and co-stars, announcing that she was attracted to women and wished to pursue romantic relationships with them.

Jules exclaimed, “That was incredible! I couldn’t help but feel elated for her. Filming that particular scene was incredibly empowering for me. The emotions felt incredibly genuine. It was raw, real, and I’m thrilled that Chelsea provided such a safe platform for her to share her feelings. Truly amazing!

Up until episode 2’s climax, it hadn’t been disclosed to everyone close to Jazz about her sexuality. In an interview with Grazia, she said: “I wasn’t planning on broadcasting it through social media. I was essentially waiting for this episode to air, but people managed to connect the dots beforehand.

When those photos of Demi and me at the premiere came out, I hadn’t shared with my family that we were together. None of my friends were aware either, except Julia since I confide in her about everything. However, the public exposure made me realize that our relationship was now out in the open, so I had to admit it.

At the start of season 29, it was Jules who stepped up to protect Jazz when she encountered her ex-boyfriend Jack Taylor, who admitted his feelings for Jazz in the final moments of season 28, yet had secretly been involved with Livvy Barker during that time.

The situation culminated into a confrontation among the four when they were in the Maldives. Although the matter has been resolved since then, Jules’s actions during this incident serve as a clear demonstration of her strong commitment to her friendships.

Jules clarified, “You haven’t witnessed a more feisty aspect of me, I suppose. Generally, comments about me don’t phase me, but remarks concerning my relationships or those dearest to me are where I draw the line and become ready to defend vigorously.

She mentioned, “I’ll need to inform them about the situation as it truly pains me to listen to others talk negatively about the people dear to me.

Although it’s true that Made in Chelsea often features excessive drama, it should be noted that members of the cast sometimes seem to overlook the presence of cameras. This is why discussions may escalate and appear so intense or genuine, as explained by Tristan Phipps.

In these instances, there’s a sense of intimacy since we’re genuinely experiencing our true lives, authentic emotions, and raw anger.
