As a long-time follower of equestrian sports, I’ve witnessed the highs and lows of our team’s performances over the years. With GB having been on the dressage team podium at every Games since 2012, it’s clear that we have a strong and resilient team. Charlotte Fry on Glamourdale will undoubtedly be key once again, as her skills and bond with her horse have always shone under pressure. Carl Hester, who is making his seventh appearance at the Games, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, especially with his new partner, Imhotep.
Since 2012, Great Britain has consistently stood on the podium for dressage events in every Olympic Games, and our strength remains unwavering. Charlotte Fry with Glamourdale and Carl Hester riding Imhotep will be pivotal figures once more. Both are experienced performers under pressure, a crucial factor indeed. The German, Dutch, and American teams may pose challenges, but we remain optimistic about our position in the competition.
