Giuffre, whose children Christian, Noah, and Emily survive her, was among numerous women who alleged that Epstein had subjected them to sexual misconduct. The financier took his own life in 2019 in a New York jail, where he was being held pending federal sex trafficking trials.

Giuffre claimed that Epstein, who admitted to soliciting prostitution from a minor and subsequently became a registered sex offender in 2008, allegedly involved her in meetings with Prince Andrew when she was still a teenager. In the year 2022, Giuffre reached an agreement in a sexual assault lawsuit that she had filed against Prince Andrew, who had previously denied the accusations she leveled against him.

Meanwhile, her family is determined to carry on her legacy of helping abuse survivors seek justice.
