Google’s latest update includes a unique feature allowing users to gather all the initial 151 Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue games.

Pokémon Google game explained: How to catch ’em all in your browser
To begin with, it’s important to note that, from what we know, this function seems to be exclusive to the Google mobile application at present. Consequently, if you are attempting to use it on a desktop computer, I regret to inform you that it is currently not accessible.
Initially, it is essential to have your Google account logged in on your web browser for the purpose of keeping a record of the Pokémon you have successfully captured.
The next step is to just search up the Pokémon you want to catch in your browser.
On the lower right side of your screen, you’ll see a Poké Ball. Just tap on it, and you’ll watch a brief animation as the Pokémon gets captured.
Afterward, you’ll be presented with a display that shows the Pokémon you’ve previously captured, along with outlines of those still missing from your collection.
A peculiar problem you ought to take note of is this: when attempting to find information about capturing a Ditto in Pokémon, search engines may not display the correct results due to the similarity between ‘Ditto’ and the common English word.
You can get around this by searching “Ditto Pokémon” instead.
How to get a Master Ball in Google Pokémon
Although it’s relatively straightforward to collect most of the 151 Pokémon, the legendaries – Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, and Mew – pose a different challenge.
To capture these legendary Pokémons, you’ll require a Master Ball. This special ball is obtained after achieving specific goals, and once you’ve caught a certain amount of other Pokémons, you can use the Master Ball to catch these legendary ones.
Here are all the milestones and their respective Pokémon:
- Five Pokémon: Articuno
- 20 Pokémon: Zapdos
- 50 Pokémon: Moltres
- 100 Pokémon: Mewtwo
- 150 Pokémon: Mew
