Once you input the redemption code, your in-game rewards will be delivered to your virtual mailbox. Keep in mind that these rewards will become invalid after 30 days, so remember to collect them before they expire.

As a gamer, I can submit several entries for this event, yet only a single reward can be mine. It’s important to note that the rewards don’t stack – I can only win one prize per participant.
3. (As a fan) Across various digital stages, this exciting event unfolds. Submissions with the winning edge will be handpicked from every corner of these platforms. The enticing rewards you see listed are the collective spoils up for grabs across all platforms. No individual platform or region has been earmarked a specific prize amount.
5. As a fan, if my entry happens to win across various platforms, I’ll receive the reward based on the original platform where it was initially posted, following its final confirmation (I’d only get one prize for that particular entry).
5. It’s absolutely forbidden to copy, misuse, or infringe upon others’ intellectual property (such as copyrights, trademarks, and personal rights) in any way. If you use someone else’s words or ideas, always give credit to the original source and make sure to get permission before doing so.
6. Following the announcement of winners, Travelers can voice any concerns about the winning works by reaching out via customer support email or through in-game support. If a winning work is found to have breached the event rules, we’ll rescind the prize and the user will be barred from future community events indefinitely.
7. When you join this event, you’re giving permission for your unique game identifier (UID) to be displayed on the event site. Your UID will strictly be employed for granting Primogem prizes to victorious participants, and it will be handled in compliance with the local privacy protection laws regarding data security and privacy policies.
9. If a player submits an incorrect game user ID during the process of receiving rewards, our team won’t resend the reward.

10. When you take part in this event, you give HoYoverse permission to share and display your creation on various public channels. Should you have any queries or concerns, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
11. Those who triumph on X will get a personal message from our authentic X channel asking them to provide their User Identification (UID). Ensure that your account is visible to others and can accept private messages as usual. If you don’t submit the accurate UID within the specified time, it will be considered as giving up the prize.
