Silent Hill F, the brutal new PS5 survival horror from Konami, comes with an unprecedented content warning. It’s not a game for the faint of heart, then – and neither is its steelbook.
Available as an exclusive physical pre-order item in the UK, with more details to be announced in due course, it depicts protagonist Hinako, seemingly with her face peeled off. We caught a glimpse of this in the release’s recent reveal trailer.
Konami credits the creation of the art in their game to Japanese artist kera, who specializes in designing eerie monster characters.
Even though the game doesn’t have a release date, it’s great to see the publisher committing to physical like this, and while the artwork is a little uncomfortable to look at, we’d be lying if we said we didn’t want this steelbook.
