Hard to believe, but this summer marks the 50th anniversary of a movie that revolutionized blockbusters – Steven Spielberg’s Jaws. Released on June 20, 1975, it pioneered modern studio event films. Not just transforming the industry with its shark attack tale, but also standing among the greatest high-budget movies ever made in film history.
Instead of the original Jaws films being considered as highly esteemed as the first one, its sequels don’t quite measure up. However, each movie in the series still has its own unique merits. To mark the 50th anniversary of the initial film, fans can now enjoy streaming all the movies in the franchise on a single platform.
On Sunday mornings, Peacock started offering all four movies from the Jaws series. Now, it’s simpler than ever for viewers to watch the entire storyline by subscribing to Peacock. This includes not only the original Jaws movie, but also Jaws 2, Jaws 3-D, and Jaws: The Revenge.
