After leaving his previous employer, it appears that Toriyama didn’t favor Thirdverse’s shift towards a more relaxed market focus. Subsequently, he founded a new studio, which is now operating under the Japanese publisher gz.
Since its establishment in 2013, GZ has primarily focused on mobile and virtual reality (VR) endeavors. However, with the introduction of Sirius Studio, it appears that we, as fans, are witnessing the company venturing into a more challenging, ‘hardcore’ realm for the first time.
