Exes Emma Stone & Andrew Garfield Reunite at 2025 Golden Globes

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are swinging into an adorable reunion.

2011 to 2015, my beloved ex and I, who first crossed paths while filming 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man, rekindled a heartwarming connection at the 2025 Golden Globes on January 5th.

The gathering was photographed by Greg Williams, who later shared several unposed pictures from the Globes event on Instagram on January 6th. Among these were images of Emma (age 36) and Andrew (age 41), all three sharing a laugh together on the red carpet, with Emma’s husband Dave McCary also present.

Fans couldn’t contain their excitement as they saw Emma and Andrew reunited, with one commenting on Instagram, “Oh my goodness! EMMA AND ANDREW! I’m tearing up!

Another added, “Andrew and Emma!!! 2025, you are doing so well sweetie.”

Apart from Andrew, there was another ex of Emma’s who made an appearance at the show. Emma and Dave, who have daughter Louise (3 years old), received a special mention from Kieran Culkin during his acceptance speech for Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama, for his work in ‘A Real Pain’. This movie was produced by Emma and Dave as well.

Speaking on stage, Kieran praised everyone at Searchlight by saying, “You all are fantastic, especially Dave, Ali Herting, and the rest of the team at Fruit Tree,” as he dated Emma from 2010 to 2011.

Regarding Emma and Andrew, they haven’t been romantically involved for nearly a decade, but their relationship remains friendly and balanced. In fact, when Emma won the Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical award at the 2017 Golden Globes for her performance in La La Land, Andrew publicly acknowledged her achievement by giving her a standing ovation.

The Oscar winner frequently utilized their friendship to inquire persistently about Andrew’s unexpected role in the 2021 film “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” As he disclosed during an interview on the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast in 2022, Emma would consistently text him regarding the clandestine appearance.

In response, Andrew stated, “You seem to be referring to the latest Spider-Man movie, but let me clarify that I am unsure.

And of course, the big reveal of his Peter Parker did elicit another text from Emma.

“She saw it,” he recalled, “and she was like, ‘You’re a jerk.'”
