During last night’s State of Play broadcast, SEGA unveiled a fresh PS5 demo for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii on the PlayStation Store. Starting now, you can get a sneak peek at the Goro Majima-centric side game before its launch on 21st February 2025. Several parts of the complete game will be accessible to test out. Please note that while the game will also appear on PS4, the demo is exclusive to PS5.
In the demonstration phase, you’ll get to visit both the revamped Honolulu resort and a brand new location called Madlantis. During this preview, you can even try out the pirate ship! However, it’s important to note that your progress in this demo doesn’t transfer over to the complete game. This demo appears to be more of a sneak peek, offering various snippets from the final release, rather than telling the main story itself.
