In about six days, the cooperative shooter game “FBC: Firebreak” will be available, and following the unveiling of a fresh overview trailer yesterday, Remedy Entertainment has shared their 2025 plan. The first significant update is coming this Fall, introducing a new role called Codename “Outbreak.
In this update, a fresh area called “The Research Sector” will be introduced, bringing along novel gameplay mechanics and adversaries for players to encounter. Additionally, a new item called “Classified Requisition” – similar to Helldivers 2’s Premium Warbonds – will offer exclusive armor, skins, tags, and character voice sets.
In winter, you can expect the second significant update featuring a fresh job codenamed “Blackout”. Along with it comes an undisclosed new setting, additional gear, new adversaries, bonus rewards you can get for free, and another secret requisition.
Beyond the restricted documents, everything (including future additions) is available at no cost to you. The highly anticipated game titled Firebreak, set to launch on June 17th for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and personal computers, will offer a wealth of information regarding its concept, Crisis Kits, adversaries, and more in our feature.
