FBI Visits Ben Affleck’s House Amid Los Angeles Wildfires

The FBI may have been in Ben Affleck’s neighborhood, but they weren’t looking for him.

On the weekends of January 11th and 12th, two FBI agents and two deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office were examining the Palisades area as a part of their ongoing inquiry concerning the recent wildfires in LA.

As an over-the-moon fan, I’d like to share a scoop: Yours truly, part of the FBI’s Ground Intercept task force, is on high alert in the vicinity of the Palisades fire. We’re hot on the trail of some rogue drone activity, and you might spot us around here, including at various homes. Our local partners are joining forces with us in this mission to maintain safety and order. Keep your eyes peeled!

According to images published by TMZ, it seems that law enforcement officials were present outside Ben’s residence, which is situated in an area close to the Palisades. The FBI has declined to comment on whether their presence was specifically at Ben’s house.

TopMob News has reached out to Ben’s rep for comment but has not heard back.

Although the FBI declined to provide details about the unauthorized drone incidents they are investigating, on January 9th, a private drone collided with a Canadian firefighting aircraft (referred to as a Super Scooper) while it was battling the Palisades wildfire in mid-air. This particular plane is designed to drop water on fires.

After a drone crash, the aircraft had to be temporarily halted for landing due to the substantial harm caused to the drone, as reported by NBC News Los Angeles based on information from the LA Fire Department.

The probe into the drone takes place amidst ongoing wildfires that are ravaging the Los Angeles region, fuelled by strong local winds. According to NBC News, as of January 13, these fires have claimed 24 lives, destroyed over 12,300 structures and scorched approximately 40,000 acres. The fire in Pacific Palisades, the largest active blaze, is currently 14% under control at the time of this report.

For Ben, although his home has not been harmed yet, the fires have brought immense distress upon his loved ones.

Jennifer shared with MSNBC during an interview on January 10, alongside chef José Andrés of World Central Kitchen, that she had indeed lost a friend. She expressed that this loss was deeply touching for their church community, but she felt it wasn’t appropriate to discuss her friend at this time. However, she confirmed that her friend didn’t manage to escape before the unfortunate event occurred.

The 52-year-old individual shared her thoughts on the destructive effects of the fires, mentioning that she could easily compile a list of 100 acquaintances who have lost their homes to these blazes, whereas her own home remains untouched at this time.

Jennifer confessed, “It feels like I’m almost ashamed to traverse my home. After living in and around the Palisades for a quarter of a century, I think we locals just naturally feel compelled to contribute and assist in some way. It’s not some distant location that seems unreachable.

She’s been assisting José and the World Central Kitchen in providing meals to people impacted by the fires, as that is her reason for doing so.

According to the Spanish chef, “World Central Kitchen functions in this manner. We got to work an hour after the fire started.

He went on to say, “We provide meals for those in shelters and emergency workers, and we’re always adjusting our approach because the circumstances change from day to day.
