In Football Club (FC) 25, you’ll encounter a trio of Winter Wildcard teams over the course of three weeks. This means you have an opportunity to assemble these special squads!
The FC 25 Winter Wildcard schedule should look like this:
- Friday 20th December — Team 1 arrives at 6pm
- Friday 27th December — Team 2 arrives at 6pm
- Friday 3rd January — Team 3 arrives at 6pm
Regular gamers are accustomed to this rhythm by now, as Fridays tend to be the customary time for major updates to appear.
With Team 1 sticking to that time period, we’d expect the subsequent weeks to do the same.
What to expect from FC 25 Winter Wildcards
One notable aspect is that you’ll discover fresh cards within packs for every team or squad.
Team 1 consists of 26 active players along with 14 legendary figures from the past, represented as Icons and Heroes.
Moreover, there’s more than meets the eye! Each day brings about Small Basketball Collectibles, or SBCs, resembling a traditional advent calendar. If your team-building prowess is on point, you can amass some truly remarkable players from these collectibles.
So far, we’ve seen Leroy Sané, Nuno Mendes and Diego Forlán among the SBCs on offer.
EA is planning a variety of enhancements, such as role modifications, skill move and weak foot improvements, boosts to individual stats reaching 99, changes in playstyles, and additions like Roles+ and Roles++.
Starting on Thursday, December 26th at 8am GMT, FC 25 Season 4, titled ‘Strength in Numbers’, commences during the Winter Wildcards promo. This new season promises an abundance of fresh content for players to enjoy.
