Ratalaika Games together with Shinyuden, in partnership with SUNSOFT, are set to launch the action game “Feudal Bros: Tonosama #1” for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on April 4. The companies have officially made this announcement.
Back in 1995, I was completely captivated by the debut of a remarkable game titled “Feudal Bros: Tonosama #1,” or as it’s also known, “Deae Tonosama Appare Ichiban.” This gem first graced the screens of Super Famicom systems in Japan on March 31. Now, fast forward to 2025, and I can hardly contain my excitement as this game will finally make its official English debut!
Here is an overview of the game, via Ratalaika Games:
About
The 16-bit classic comes to the West for the very first time!
In the calm after years of turbulent battles, Japan breathes a sigh of relief, yet the tranquility feels fleeting. A looming menace stirs in the darkness, and it’s up to me, a gamer, to embody two unlikely heroes: Lord Baka, a powerful Japanese feudal lord, and Prince Bouffon, a royal from the distant land of France. Together, we stand as the last line of defense against this impending danger.
Having received messages from their late fathers, they embark on a journey spanning Japan and beyond, aiming to locate and thwart an enigmatic danger. However, what makes them courageous also seems to make them rather foolish…
