FFXIV: How to Unlock the Pelupelu Allied Society

FFXIV: How to Unlock the Pelupelu Allied Society

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent in the mystical world of Eorzea, I must say that the latest addition to Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail – the Pelupelu Allied Society – has undeniably caught my attention. Having completed the grueling MSQ sequence and now at Level 100, I was eagerly anticipating a new adventure, and boy, did Square Enix deliver!

As a gamer in Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, I’ve just learned about the latest addition to my Allied Society options – the Pelupelu. Known for their insatiable appetite for deals, these new daily quests are all about setting up a fresh business venture. But before diving into these exciting quests, there are a few prerequisites: I must complete the main scenario quest “Dawntrail,” which wraps up the 7.0 MSQ sequence, and my Disciple of War or Magic class should be at level 90, though with the MSQ leveling, I’ve likely already reached the cap at level 100.

After fulfilling the necessary requirements, your initial destination is Tuliyollal. More specifically, navigate towards the market district where you’ll find Pelupelu dressed in blue. He can be found at coordinates (X:13.5, Y:12.9). The quest “An Intrepid New Enterprise” will be available for you to accept from him.

Following the quest assignment, transport yourself to the Ok’hanu Aetheryte in Kozama’uka. Then, journey towards the designated spot to the southeast and engage interaction there to await the Pelupelu’s arrival. This initiates a sequence of quick quests where you converse with various NPCs. As the markers guide your way, this process is relatively simple, given that most of it takes place in Ok’hanu. Upon completion of the sequence, you gain access to the Pelupelu Allied Society and its daily tasks, along with the Ohokaliy emote.

Pelupelu Allied Society Rewards

Of course, why tackle daily missions in an Allied Society if not for the perks they offer? You can take on as many as 12 missions each day before taking a break; however, during this downtime before resets, you might engage in additional activities like gathering cute Corgi Minions. If not, it becomes a typical content cycle. You gather Pelu Pelplumes from completing quests, which can then be traded for rewards depending on your association with the Allied Society.

At the beginning, your options are limited to gathering materials for rewards. But as your reputation grows, you’ll gain access to extra rewards like minions and mounts. Each quest typically grants you Pelu Pelplumes, usually just one at a time as a reward. Moreover, you’ll also earn some Allagan Tomestones of Heliometry, which can be useful for buying gear. Apart from materials, you’ll also unlock various other items.

After obtaining everything desired from the Pelupelu Allied Society, consider enhancing your standing with other organizations like the Loporrit Allied Society (from Endwalker), if you haven’t done so already. Alternatively, make use of the time before new content arrives by exploring the Final Fantasy XIV Tabletop Roleplaying Game world.
