Final Fantasy 16 Complete Edition is Out Now on PS5, Standard Edition Drops to $50

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the recent price drop for Final Fantasy 16 on both PC and PS5 is nothing short of a blessing. After waiting patiently since its initial announcement, it’s heartening to see Square Enix taking steps to make this game more accessible.

This month, Square Enix unveiled the PC version of Final Fantasy 16. The Standard Edition is selling at $49.99, while the Complete Edition (which includes both expansions) can be purchased for $69.99. Additionally, they announced a permanent reduction in price for the Standard Edition on various platforms, including the PlayStation Store.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that you can now immerse yourself in the same experience on PS5 for only $49.99! This price point is a great offer, and who knows, it might drop even further during future sales. However, this price reduction does seem to highlight the title’s less-than-stellar sales figures.

It’s uncertain if “Final Fantasy 16” will release on Xbox Series X/S, as the publisher is moving towards a multi-platform approach. Last month, NateTheHate hinted that it may indeed come out, but he’s just waiting for an official announcement. Keep an eye out for further news, and don’t forget to read our review of the PC version in the meantime.

The full version of Final Fantasy XVI, including the base game and all its downloadable content, has just been released on the PlayStation Store.

Moreover, you can now grab the Standard Edition of Final Fantasy XVI at an ever-reduced cost, making this an ideal moment to embark on your journey through Valisthea! #FF16
