Prepare yourself for the intense warmth as a fresh trailer for season 3 of “Fire Force” has been unveiled! This blazing hot video offers numerous brand-new scenes alongside the comeback of beloved characters. Season 3 marks the conclusion of the storyline for Shinra Kusakabe and Fire Force Company 8, as depicted in the series. The trailer opens with a foreboding scene of a crescent moon grinning above a devastated terrain inhabited by fire demons. Additionally, the new footage underscores the arrival of several key figures, including Shinra, Iris, Arthur, and Maki.

The third season of Fire Force is coming out over two parts, with the first part premiering in April 2025, followed by the second part in January 2026. Each of the previous seasons had 24 episodes each, so if this pattern continues, we can expect each cour to have around 12 episodes. It’s been almost five years since the end of Fire Force season 2, which initially aired from July to December 2019, with its second season following from July to December 2020. Just like it did for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, David Production has been responsible for producing and animating Fire Force since its debut.

What Will Fire Force Season 3 Be About?

Fire Force is derived from the same-titled manga series and wrapped up in February 2022 after 34 volumes. The story revolves around Shinra, a young man with the extraordinary ability to ignite fire from his feet on command. He joins an extraordinary firefighting unit called Special Fire Force Company 8, which consists of other individuals like him who can manipulate flames. Together, they battle infernos known as “Infernals” – beings that spontaneously combust and can ignite fires wherever they go. Stronger variants are labeled as demons.

Initially, the show was a typical shonen series with protagonists battling weekly monsters. However, as time went on, it transformed into a mystery narrative when Company 8 grew wary of corruption within the Fire Force organization and started probing Companies 1 to 7 to root out any suspects. Ultimately, Company 8 encounters an apocalyptic cult called the White Clad, who aim to trigger the “Great Cataclysm.

The foreboding start for the upcoming season 3 trailer of Fire Force suggests that the cult might achieve their objective if the main protagonists don’t intervene first. As the second season concluded ominously, the Knights of the Ashen Flames from the White Clad were poised to infiltrate Tokyo. Characters Shinra and Arthur are honing their skills to unleash more of their powers, keeping viewers eagerly waiting for Fire Force Company 8’s eventual comeback. Initially, Funimation streamed the series, but the upcoming third season is slated to be available on Crunchyroll instead.
