Former New Japan Pro Wrestling Champion Headed to WWE: Report

As a devoted fan of professional wrestling and a follower of WWE, I am thrilled about the latest developments within The Bloodline. Hikuleo, the biological nephew and adopted son of Haku, has been a name on everyone’s lips since his departure from New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and rumors of him joining WWE. With his rich wrestling lineage and impressive background in NJPW, I believe Hikuleo will be an excellent addition to the family affair that is The Bloodline.

Since WrestleMania 40’s aftermath when The Bloodline underwent changes, expelling some members while welcoming new ones, fans have speculated about potential additions to this wrestling dynasty. One intriguing name that has been mentioned is Hikuelo, a former New Japan Pro Wrestling champion who has long caught WWE’s attention. He is the biological nephew and adopted son of the esteemed professional wrestler Haku, who is the father of Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. The Bloodline saga seems to be gaining momentum once more as it adapts a fresh perspective with Solo Sikoa at the helm. Not too long ago, Jacob Fatu was brought into the fold, making WWE’s island story an intriguing family affair.

Around the beginning of June, Hikuleo participated in what seemed to be his last competition in Japan. This took place during a title bout for the IWGP World Tag Team/NJPW STRONG Openweight Championships. At that moment, Hikuleo and ELP held the NJPW STRONG Championship titles. However, they lost them during this fatal-four way encounter to TMDK. Following this defeat, there were rumors swirling that WWE had filed a trademark for the name “Talla Tonga,” which many believed was connected to Hikuleo. According to Fightful Select, Hikuleo has now signed with WWE, but his beginning date remains undisclosed.

Coming up at SummerSlam in Cleveland next week, The Bloodline will compete against multiple tag teams for a chance to claim the WWE Tag Team Championships. However, Sikoa has his own agenda. He’s assaulted Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes on multiple occasions. Last week, they left Rhodes and Orton unconscious at ringside after standing victorious over them. This week, they repeated their actions by eliminating Kevin Owens, another ally of Rhodes.

Recent rumors indicate that Roman Reigns might make an earlier-than-anticipated comeback to wrestling. If this is true, it could be beneficial for him to join forces with Rhodes against their mutual adversary, Sikoa. The head of their faction has hinted at Reigns’ return on TV, suggesting that upon his return, he will face the consequences from Sikoa and be crowned the new Tribal Chief. Reigns has been absent from wrestling since losing the championship at WrestleMania 40, taking a break to work on a Hollywood production and spend quality time with his loved ones.
