Fortnite live event confirms start time as Star Wars season nears its Death Star finale

As Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 approaches, the ongoing Star Wars season is preparing for an explosive finale.

This year’s edition of the annual collaboration has presented players with various Star Wars-themed quests, costumes, weapons, and even an AI version of Darth Vader since the game began.

In an exciting climax for the season, Epic Games is planning a huge live spectacle known as the Death Star Sabotage event to bid farewell to Star Wars in a fitting manner. The starting time for this event has recently been revealed.

Fortnite’s next live event will kick off on Saturday 7th June at 7pm BST.

In the upcoming Star Wars live event, it wouldn’t feel right without the iconic Death Star. The challenge for the players is to protect Battle Royale Island, as the Death Star’s destructive superlaser threatens its existence.

Starting at 7 pm on the 7th of June, I’ll be able to jump right into the action by navigating to the Death Star Sabotage map through the In-Game Discover Page and tuning into the live event.

Prior to the occasion, participants will have the opportunity to enter the map and explore it by piloting either an X-Wing or a TIE Fighter as part of their preparation.

When the countdown reaches its end, you and a group of up to four combatants will embark on a mission to dismantle the ominous Death Star.

After learning that Fortnite has returned to iOS, Epic Games is emphasizing that players can now enjoy the game not only on their PCs or consoles but also on their mobile devices.
