Where are the Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4?

Fortnite Medallions: Boss locations and tips (Mysterio, Emma Frost, Doombot)

As a die-hard film fanatic, I’ve got to share some exciting news about the latest hotspots for treasure hunters in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4: Absolute Doom. You can find those coveted Medallions at none other than Castle Doom, the bustling metropolis of Doomstadt, and the mysterious floating platform known as The Raft!

As a dedicated fan, I stumbled upon a hidden gem – Doombot himself, guarded by his enigmatic medallions, nestled within the towering walls of Castle Doom, perched high up on the map, where once stood the elegant Classy Courts from the previous season.

In the central upper part of the map, you’ll find Mysterio along with his Medallion, a place once occupied by the Lavish Lair, now known as Doomstadt.

Emma Frost and her medallion can be found on The Raft, occupying the area previously known as Pleasant Piazza, which is situated slightly left-center on the map.

Discovering them might seem straightforward, but obtaining the Charms poses a whole new challenge. Let’s explore how to conquer them instead!

As I delved into this epic trilogy, it became evident that each formidable antagonist necessitated a unique tactical approach. Yet, one consistent element remained unchanged: hordes of gamers would flock towards these menacing figures and the fresh hotspots, making encounters with them more challenging than other boss battles.

Doombot

In simpler terms, when you arrive at Castle Doom, position yourself to the left of the gatehouse. Then, follow the path that runs along the northern side of the castle. This route is primarily indoors, offering protection from potential snipers. Additionally, it offers several Loot and Marvel/Doom Chests, helping you gather equipment as you progress.

Mysterio

Based on our observations, Doomstadt stood out as the most bustling Point of Interest among all. Although it may sound a bit dramatic, we suggest you take shelter, prepare yourself, and let others engage in eliminating each other initially before stepping in to finish off the remaining group.

Watch Mysterio closely, for he has the habit of making duplicates to divert your attention. However, by staying alert and observant, you can identify which one is the original when he does so.

Emma Frost

The Raft, much like Doomstadt in its bustling nature, isn’t too distant from you. We advise you to aim for the watch tower situated at the north-western end of the complex. Typically, there’s a Loot Chest inside, with a Marvel Chest located a floor beneath it.

Just like Doomstadt, it’s wise to prepare yourself and hold tight during most of the battle. However, be cautious because certain players might conceal themselves within Emma Frost’s room, biding their time until they see an opportunity to attack once your health is significantly reduced.

We found retreating to the prison cells that line the cafeteria and camping in there provided cover and a way of funnelling Frost and her henchman into your line of fire.

With the Medallion armed, you can sap enemies’ shields as you harm them, and your health will restore when you defeat them.

Mysterio’s Stealth Medallion

With this Medallion, you’ll momentarily become invisible while you’re in a crouched position. The invisibility deactivates either when you stand up or initiate an attack. It comes particularly handy during situations where cover is scarce, especially in the closing rounds.

Emma Frost’s Reveal Medallion

With this Medallion, you can discover the positions of nearby opponents, giving you a momentary advantage as you surprise them. Similar to Mysterio’s trinket, it proves extremely beneficial during the late stages of play when you’re scrambling to locate the last few surviving players.
