The highly anticipated racing game “Forza Horizon 5” from Playground Games has been officially confirmed for release on PlayStation 5. Mark your calendars as it will be available starting April 29th. If you’ve opted for the Premium Edition, you’ll get early access a few days prior, starting April 25th. Pre-orders for the game across various countries show strong interest based on data from the PlayStation Store.
In the “Best-Selling” category in the U.S., the Premium Edition and Standard Edition of our game rank third and fourth respectively, with WWE 2K25’s Bloodline Edition and MLB The Show 25’s Digital Deluxe Edition taking the top two spots. Since Forza Horizon 5 is releasing this month, it’s encouraging to see it trailing only slightly behind these leading titles.
On the UK PlayStation Store, the Premium and Standard versions of Forza Horizon 5 are currently trailing only behind WWE 2K25’s Bloodline Edition. Interestingly, it has surpassed pre-orders on the Canadian storefront, outranking not just WWE 2K25 and MLB The Show 25, but also titles like Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Elden Ring: Nightreign as well.
Take a look at our take on the Forza Horizon 5 for Xbox Series X right here. The upcoming game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, is said to be coming out in April for PS5, so keep an eye out for further news!
