Four More Xbox Games Are PlayStation-Bound – Rumour

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the recent trend of Xbox games going multiplatform is both thrilling and perplexing. On one hand, it’s fantastic to see more games becoming accessible to a wider audience. On the other, it’s a bit disconcerting to see the once exclusive Xbox ecosystem diluted.

These games – Sea of Thieves, Grounded, Pentiment, and Hi-Fi Rush – were launched outside of just Xbox earlier this year. They can be found on PlayStation, or even on both PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. It appears more Microsoft exclusive titles are planning to follow suit with multiplatform releases. Recent whispers hint at an upcoming announcement of a significant Xbox first-party title for PlayStation, and another source claims that multiple additional announcements of first-party Xbox games crossing over to other platforms are also on the horizon.

Taking to Twitter, known Xbox leaker eXtas1s recently claimed that four more first-party Xbox games are set to release for PlayStation in the near future, but didn’t provide details related to timing, or what these games might be.

According to Jez Corden from Windows Central, it’s possible that the upcoming PlayStation title might be “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle,” rather than “Forza Horizon 5” as some rumors had indicated. However, at this point, the details are still unclear.

It appears that Microsoft’s release of games for multiple platforms will likely continue to gather speed, a point they have emphasized several times in recent months.
